Dona's Angel Food Cake
1 box Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake Mix
1 egg white
1 1/2 tsp almond extract flavoring
water as per box instructions
Put mixing bowl, beaters, and ingredients in ice box until cold. Add egg and extract to measuring cup. Add water until measurement required by box instructions. Add all three to mixing bowl. Add cake mix. Mix on low/med for 30 seconds. Then whip as per box instructions.
Pour into old style (not the non stick) angel food cake pan and loaf pan. Cook until golden brown on top.
Take out of oven and cool upside down on top of bottle. When cool release from pan.
