Homemade Chicken Enchiladas

Corn tortillas
chicken
onions
bell pepper
taco seasoning
homemade condensed cream of chicken soup
velveeta cheese
chicken broth


Sauce:
Chicken broth sauteed onions & bell peppers.
1 serving (ziploc bag) homemade condensed cream of chicken soup
cumin
salt
cayenne
add jalapenos
boil until thick and add 1/4 block velveeta cheese


corn tortillas warm/fry in pan
stuff with shredded chicken that has been seasoned with taco seasoning and a bit of sauce.

roll, line in pan and cover with sauce and a handful of shredded cheese.
