1 lb or package of rigatoni
1 lb hamburger meat
1 family sized can spaghetti sauce
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed
1 onion
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 cup water
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
salt & pepper
1/2 package cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 1/2 tbs flour
1/2 stick butter
1 tbs chives
1/2 shredded cheese

DIRECTIONS: Boil rigatoni as to packaged directions to just before aldente stage. Drain and set aside. Brown hamburger and drain. Add onion, bell pepper, and spinach. Next add in all seasonings except chives. Pour in spaghetti sauce and water. Pour over rigatoni. Mix well and pour into oven safe casserole dish. Set aside. In sauce pan over med high heat melt butter and add flour. Whisk in milk and chives and salt/pepper to taste. Add cream cheese and pour over rigatoni when cream cheese melts. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and place in oven set on broil until cheese bubbles and slightly browns.
