1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup corn starch
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt

Whisk together in medium saucepan over med high heat until thickened.

*Same recipe as Annie's (see link), only my can of coconut milk only held 2 cups. I just added 1/2 cup regular milk instead of opening another can of coconut milk to get the required 2 1/2 cups liquid.
